New One-Number for Care 1-833-833-3333

We’re excited to announce that Kaiser Permanente Hawaii now has a single, statewide phone number for care, as well as a new interactive voice response and virtual hold system.

Expanded Urgent Care Access

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii announced that it has expanded virtual care services and in-person urgent care services for its more than 264,000 members. The health system has extended its urgent care, pharmacy, lab, and radiology hours at its West Oahu Medical Office and Honolulu Medical Office. The two medical offices are now open weekdays from 8 a.m.

Kihei Clinic Now Open

We’re excited to let you know that our Kihei Clinic is now open Monday through Friday, starting Monday, April 4, 2022. Our Kihei Clinic ‘ohana look forward to welcoming our Maui members back 5 days a week to the clinic, located at 1279 S Kihei Road, Suite 120.

Appointments will be available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic will be closed daily between 12 noon and 1 p.m. No walk-in appointments will be available.

As the COVID-19 situation stabilizes in Hawaii due to ongoing vaccination efforts, Kaiser Permanente will resume normal operations at several facilities closed during the height of the pandemic.

Many of us are watching with grave concern as hospitals in parts of the mainland struggle with severe surges in COVID-19 cases. Several of my colleagues in other states are wrestling with PPE (personal protective equipment) shortages and ethical decisions that I hope we never have to face here.
