Primary care
We encourage you to choose a primary care doctor who will oversee and coordinate all aspects of your medical care, including specialist visits and hospitalizations. If you need help accessing primary care services, please call Kaiser Permanente’s appointment line at 1-833-833-3333 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Specialty care
Our goal is to provide you with high-quality care at an affordable cost. In some cases that may mean recommending you get medically necessary specialty services on Oahu where you’ll be cared for by a medical team who has access to facilities and equipment which may not be available on Lanai or Molokai. We offer complimentary air transportation to and from Oahu and ground transportation to and from the airport and our facilities. If your doctor recommends that you go to Oahu for treatment, our travel and neighbor island concierge departments can assist with coordinating your travel and medical appointments.

You can also order refills of most drugs, and have it mailed to you.3 You’ll get a 90-day supply of qualified drugs for the cost of a 60-day supply – and we pay for the postage! To get a prescription by mail, call 808-643-7979, (TTY 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or submit an order online.
